7-Day Easy Exchange

We want you to love your Thread and Tale bedding. If something is not right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

How to request an exchange

Send us a WhatsApp message on 0339 4121269 with your order number, the article code (for example TT-PC-06) and a photo of the item. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all pieces of the set.
Exchanges can be made for the same design or any other design of equal or higher value (you pay the price difference).
Washed, used or damaged-by-use items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong item, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps). We will replace it free of charge and cover the delivery both ways.

Change of mind

For a change of design or size, the delivery charge for sending the replacement (Rs 150) is paid by the customer.

Refunds

As orders are Cash on Delivery, we offer exchanges rather than cash refunds. If a defective item cannot be replaced because the design is out of stock, we will refund the item price by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 7 working days of receiving the item back.
